"L'Art et la Matière - The frescos of the Abondance Abbey"
Join Leonardo, a young apprentice fresco painter, to learn more about the history of fresco painting in the Savoyard region. A romantic narrative will take us back in time to relive the cycle of fresco painting in Abondance's Abbey.

Daily life in the Abbey, the art of fresco painting, life among masters, fellow artists, apprentices, servants, restoration, ... Many themes are explained during this summer exhibition accompanied by a life-size recreation of an artist's studio.
